Build the Future of Clean Energy: Serentica Invites Infrastructure & Construction Partners

Serentica Renewables is a leading clean energy platform focused on industrial decarbonization. Backed by a $650 million investment from KKR, Serentica aims to supply over 50 billion units of clean energy annually, enabling the displacement of 47 million tons of CO₂ emissions. With a strong pipeline of projects, the company is at the forefront of India’s energy transition, deploying cutting-edge technology and innovative contractual structures to accelerate the shift to sustainable power.

We invite Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from infrastructure and construction partners across India to support our project execution efforts across sites in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra. These projects are part of Serentica’s broader ambition of achieving 10 GW by 2027 and 20 GW by 2030.

This is also an opportunity for vendors from other infrastructure and construction industries such as roads, power & transmission, manufacturing, communication infrastructure and other construction sectors to diversify into wind and grow with us.

We invite an EOI from partners across all sectors capable and interested in the following packages of our projects:

1. Land Acquisition – aggregation, RoW management
2. Civil Works – foundations, roads, storage yards, site development
3. Mechanical Works – cranes, erection manpower, logistics, commissioning
4. Electrical Works – 33kV lines, USS/DP yard, cabling & terminations
5. Pooling Substation (PSS) & bay extensions
6. Power Evacuation – EHV line

Additionally, you may also express your interest for being an end-to-end general contractor for all 6 packages.
