Serentica is building a multi-GW round-the-clock renewables platform to decarbonize India’s large industrial customers. We are in the process of executing 4 GW and will be delivering 2 GW per year of round-the-clock capacity thereafter. In this journey of energy transition, we are seeking technical partners who will collaborate with us to supply state-of-the-art Battery Energy Storage Systems capable of delivering reliable energy storage.
We Invite an EoI for Technical Partners in Battery Energy Storage Systems across the world for the following:
Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Aggregators, Long Duration Battery Suppliers & Solution Providers, and Renewable Energy Developers (“BESS Providers”) are invited to set up standalone BESS projects (“BESS Projects”), connected to the ISTS Grid and capable of supplying an aggregate of 800 MWh of battery capacity to Serentica’s Round the Clock (RTC) projects. BESS Project(s) shall be at least 51% owned by the BESS Provider. BESS Projects shall be split between 200 MW/400 MWh of 2-hour storage and 100 MW/400 MWh of 4-hour storage. Serentica shall contract with the BESS Projects to procure the BESS capacity on an annual basis under a 12-year service agreement, starting June 2026 onwards.
