The 2025 Asia ranking reflects Serentica’s continued focus on building a high-trust, people-first culture that combines performance with inclusivity and care. This marks Serentica’s second recognition from Great Place to Work®.

The Great Place to Work® Certification, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture, recognizes organizations that foster outstanding employee experiences and demonstrate a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture. This year’s list was chosen after surveying more than 3.2 million employees in Asia and the Middle East about their experience in the workplace. In total, the survey results represent the work experiences of over 7.5 million employees across the region.
